Our story begins in 2009…

…with the purchase of a small 9-unit apartment building in SE. Over the years the we have continued to managing over 1,000 apartment units and counting, with a variety of both affordable and market rate housing . It was through this growth and the demand for better management services that led to the formation of Solid Property Management (SPM).

Throughout this time we have focused on building a team of quality people as well as leveraging technology to better provide us with what we need as property owners and managers. The result is a company and team that we are proud of. In growing both our assets and our management team we took the final leap of offering our services and ultimately our experience to other property owners that are looking for more from their management services.

    Sia’s primary focus is on acquisition and financing. Sia holds a Masters in Securities Law and Financial Regulation (LLM) from Georgetown University.

    CEO

    Barry's focus is on business development and onboarding. With over 15 years experience owning, developing and managing assets his goals are to create a dynamic and service orientated property management company that compliments the other businesses in the portfolio.

  • Dale Denton

    PRINCIPAL & COO

    Dale oversees the day-to-day operations ensuring the property management business objectives, while implementing policies to promote company culture and to ensure the businesses key objectives are met.

    Reporting to Dale are a collection of seasoned and professional property managers and supervisors who manage our communities. Dale is a seasoned and experienced real estate professional with over 40 years of experience in the DMV.

  • Michael Walker

    Class-A/ Community Specialist

    Michael is a high energy, detail-oriented Customer Service/Human Relations Professional and Community Director with over 23+ years of in-depth experience in building relationships with staff, management, vendors, business leaders, and clientele. Michael possesses a deep understanding of, business operations, and the ability to find the most effective way to provide technical, administrative and managerial oversight of projects, contracts, new employee training, and marketing events.

    MARKETING SPECIALIST

    Arman oversees all marketing and community outreach across all business departments.

    By coordinating with the onsite teams and design agencies as well as overseeing the production of all marketing media, Arman ensures that all efforts meet the intended goals of the organization.

    Head of Maintenance

    Jose Flores heads all maintenance operations for Solid Properties and oversees scheduling and team resource allocation. Jose brings a breadth and depth of experience from over 20 years as a maintenance tech and supervisor.

    Jose oversees construction management projects for Solid with a dedicated crew that delivers quality work.

    Senior Property Manager

    Necole leads our property management teams in our affordable housing division. She has extensive experience in this area and provides team leadership to our property management teams and helps them achieve their goals and objectives on a day-to-day basis.
